Mark Foley
Chief Executive Officer

Mark has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and high tech executive, and has spent the last 15 years of his career in the communications semiconductor industry. Mark was most recently the President and Chief Operating Officer for Entropic Communications, a fabless semiconductor company that offers home networking chips. Mark came to Entropic when a company he founded, RF Magic, merged with Entropic Communications and subsequently completed a successful IPO. As the CEO and President of RF Magic he raised three rounds of Venture and Strategic financing and built a successful company around the vision of enabling the consumer electronics industry with highly integrated Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits. Prior to starting RF Magic, Mark held various marketing management and technical management positions at Conexant and ComStream. Early in his career Mr. Foley held design engineering and field sales positions at Adams Russell Electronics and Ford Aerospace. Mr. Foley holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Philippe Nau
Chief Financial Officer

Philippe has a solid background as Financial Manager for international companies with more than 25 years experience. Mr. Nau has spent 15 years on various overseas assignments where he was stationed in China, Hong Kong and in Singapore for Thomson and other French multinational companies involved in large manufacturing and trading operations. Prior to joining NuTune, Philippe was the financial controller of Thomson Silicon Solution; a division which included the Silicon Components and RF Tuner Module activities. Mr. Nau holds a Master's Degree in Management from ICG/IFG Business School in France.

Mike Hervey
Vice President of Sales

Mike has over 20 years experience in marketing and sales of RF modules and semiconductors. Most recently, Mike was the Director of Sales and Marketing for NXP RF Solutions, overseeing a global team of sales, marketing and technical support personnel for its RF Tuner Module business. Prior this role, Mike was the Regional Sales Manager for the Americas for Philips Semiconductors. Mr.Hervey holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Veit Armbruster
Vice President of R&D

Veit has over 30 years of experience in the RF Tuner Module industry. This extensive experience enables NuTune to build on its heritage and create market leading products. Most recently Veit was the director of R&D within Thomson tuners, sitting in various TV & STB standards committees and also instrumental in the success of Thomson into the China Cable STB market. Veit held various roles such as Group Leader, Project Leader and Lab Manager prior to his function as Director to R&D at Thomson. During his first 10 years of work, Veit was a design engineer for Dual SA (France), Dual GmbH (Germany) and Thomson (Germany). Mr.Armbruster holds a Degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz, Germany.

Jimmy Goh
Vice President of Operations

Jimmy has over 30 yrs of RF module manufacturing experience with Philips and NXP. During this time, Jimmy held key positions in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Project Management and most recently as Director of Operations in the RF Solutions Business Line for NXP. Jimmy was instrumental in developing processes and tests for various RF-centric Modules for consumer TV & STB, networking, telecommunications. He was actively involved in expanding manufacturing activities to various countries and more recently consolidating the factories of Thomson and NXP to become NuTune. Mr.Goh holds a Diploma in Production Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore.
